Descripción
The Bunyip Billabong Bass weighs in at under 3kg.
Built from a need for a light in weight but heavy in features massive sounding bass guitar the Billabong Bass fills that gap.
Designed with balance as well as lightness the Billabong Bass has no neck dive and a large sound. The headstock is based on the soundboard of a grand piano. Light weight tuners are utilised with a 2 way truss rod in a maple on maple neck.
Bunyip has constructed this bass with a ’65 precision neck pickup and a ’67 jazz bridge pickup matched at 6K.
There is a volume knob for each pickup which acts independently each from the other. The tone knob is a push pull to add a series sound from the pickups to the middle, normal parallel, switch position.
